Refund policy

  • You can return within 3 days of the product being delivered.
  • Opening Video of the package is mandatory for return.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are non-returnable.
  • Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
  • Petticoat charges if bought separately is non-refundable.
  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
  • Returns are subject to approvals.
  • New Products shall be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the damaged/defective product at our store.
  • We provide only exchange of damaged/defective product and no online or cash refund is provided.
  • Display & Lighting Variations: Please note that product colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in mobile or computer display settings or different lighting conditions.
