Refund policy
- You can return within 3 days of the product being delivered.
- Opening Video of the package is mandatory for return.
- Sarees with stitched blouses are non-returnable.
- Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Petticoat charges if bought separately is non-refundable.
- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
- Returns are subject to approvals.
- New Products shall be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the damaged/defective product at our store.
- We provide only exchange of damaged/defective product and no online or cash refund is provided.
- Display & Lighting Variations: Please note that product colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in mobile or computer display settings or different lighting conditions.
